I utilized the flowers that the bride had chosen for her bouquet and played with their placement in relation to the hand-drawn type.

I originally wanted to use fried chicken but decided it would look awkward.

I wanted to incorporate the flowers used in the wedding to make the filter feel more customized. I applied an opaque grey background to make the text pop without having to outline it.

I created this Snapchat Geofilter for Andrew & Carolyn's wedding, June 4, 2016 – the first one I ever made! The hand-lettered design went through several rounds of internal edits before I was happy with their gift. The filter ran for the duration of the wedding ceremony and reception. Below is my process:
